Write something that you enjoy writing about! For example i like a lot of different things so i made a website about it which you can go to at the end of this article. If you have done something all your life or something that interest you write about it! This way you will not be bored or tired in updating your website or blog because you are very interested in it! Sell your Website Space!- If your website / blog is becoming popular you can sell the space that you are not using to advertisers that want their name on your site. I would depending on how big you are start off at 1$ per space block and increase it as people buy. I mean your not using it anyways right?

Ehow.com - Ehow among other websites will pay you to write useful information that users will like. Depending on how many articles you write and how good they are and if they bring traffic or not will determine how much you will be paid.

two weeks later...

Hello it has been almost two weeks since i created my site at http://www.onlymymind.com and I have to say i have learned quite a bit since last time i posted. I learned a lot about BackLinks which help you greatly in increaseing your google rank and getting people to view your website. Look up SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in google and their are programs where you can find your compitors back links and see if you can get those same people to put back links to you on their website! This is a great tactic also find other places that will help you out so you beat them in the searches. If you message me i can talk to you more about getting backlinks and ill previde you with links to help you along the way!

Other things that I have learned was it takes time! At first glance after my first website i thought this is going to be easy ill get so much income! This is not true one bit you most likly will not make alot of income the first month as i view my adsense ;d. Anyway guys ill keep in contact with over the next few weeks and let you know how everything goes!

driving more traffic to your website

This is technically still my first day web hosting and I have to say i have learned alot within the first day of trying to drive people to my website and view my content. This is easy said then done to be exact first i tried to send a bulletin on my myspace account to come check out the site and to leave feedback this showed no results. The real help that i got was facebook. I got onto my facebook and picked targerted people to go check the site out and to replace their status with my website. As these people did more and more people began to check the website because it was like six people's statues. In return i would add them to my website which caused more people to come.

This is a great way to advertise for your website. I am currently waiting for google to crawl threw my website so it can be looked up in google search engines after creating my sitemap.txt file and verfying that i was the owner of the website. Another hard part about the website traffic if you do not sell anything just tell people information its hard to get money.. I am currently using google adsense (which is a ad program to set links on your set for revenue) and it is working just fine not exactly what i expected but nontheless its money right?

My very first website

Creating a website is very easy yet it takes some time to getting into the swing of things. I recently created a website (http://Www.onlymymind.com) this is my very first website ever created. It's nothing special just some features i messed around with with some content to go along with it. targeted towards 25 year olds and down. The program i used was dreamweaver cs4 which is a nice program and all but you can not manipulate the code and is hard to move things around such as the ads. After getting all my pages done on dreamweaver I decided i would find a nice web hosting service that was fairly cheap. I found one at www.HostMatters.com which i recommend to anyone thinking of switching services or hosting a website.

If you wish to learn about making a website please go to my site i have 2 topics on web sites. Anyway after buying a plan for my webhosting it was a pain figureing out how to host it via FTP. I contacted hostmatters which has excellent support and they helped me out within 15 minutes of asking my questions. Next step i took was signing up for a google adsense account to produce ads for income even though you do not get alot of money per click on ads its still worth the try.
